How to Enter

• Register or login to this website
• Create a secure account
• Browse the categories and criteria and choose the one(s) you want to enter
• You may enter as many categories as you like but each must be treated as a separate entry and payment made for each.
• Complete the entry form with as many credits as possible and upload video and a still image.
• shots vault subscribers can take advantage of the One-Click Entry system which allows you to upload your work and credits in one easy step. If you need help with logging into your shots Vault account please contact scadmin@extremereach.com.

Eligibility

All work entered into shots EMEA should have aired/first appeared between 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. 

• To classify as being from EMEA the work should have been developed through an agency based in the EMEA region.
• Where there is no agency, the in-house dept should be based in Europe, Middle East or Africa.
• If there was no agency or in-house creative dept, the production company should be based in Europe, Middle East or Africa. Projects submitted for an award in previous years or finalists in other regional shots awards are ineligible.
• If there was no agency, in-house creative dept or production company based in the region, the work is unlikely to be eligible.
• Entries cannot be made without the permission of the client and/or owner of the rights of the work.
• All entries must have been created for a paying client except pro bono work for charities and non-profit organisations.
• Spec ads and director's cuts are NOT eligible.
• shots Awards EMEA 2025 retains the rights to disqualify entries which offend national, religious, cultural or racial feelings.
• Projects submitted for an award in previous years or finalists in other regional shots awards are ineligible.

Who can enter?

The Awards are open to work created within the EMEA region between the eligibility period stated above. shots defines the work’s country of origin by the geographic location of the lead agency involved or, if there is no agency, the lead creative company. The work can be entered by any company involved in the creation of that piece of work. 

All entries must have been created for a paying client except pro bono work for charities and non-profit organisations. shots Awards retains the right to disqualify entries that offend national, religious, cultural or racial feelings.

Entry Pricing

You may enter as many categories as you like, however, each entry must be treated as a separate entry and payment made for each.

New Director Category Only

The New Director Eligibility - cannot have been working professionally within the industry (i.e. creating branded work or music videos through a production company) before January 2023 and work on anything created between 1 September 2024 - 31 August 2025

Payment

• Payment must be received for all entries before they will be approved for judging.
• Payment can be made securely online by credit card at time of submission.
• Payment by bank transfer for larger numbers of entries can be made - Please contact the events team on shotsawards@extremereach.com to request an invoice.
