Director, Revolver
Steve Rogers founded production company Revolver with business partner Michael Ritchie in 1998. Since then, Revolver has been awarded Australian Production Company of the Year by AWARD nine times, as well as being named runner-up in the Palme d’Or at the Cannes Lions twice, including in 2024.
Rogers is consistently recognised amongst the top 10 directors in the world, ranking first in Campaign UK’s 2023 Best Directors list. His accolades include a Titanium Lion, a Grand Prix, and multiple Gold Lions at Cannes, D&AD Yellow Pencils, Golds at The One Show, a Clios Grand Prix, a Ciclope Grand Prix, Best in Show at AICP, and multiple accolades at LIA and Spikes Asia. He has received nominations from both the DGA and the Emmys, and was named Australian Director of the Year by AWARD for the past four years consecutively.
Rogers’ star-studded Dundee Super Bowl campaign for Tourism Australia received three Golds and a Titanium Lions at the Cannes Lions, whilst his film Starr Park for Supercell’s game Brawl Stars was awarded two Yellow Pencils at D&AD and a Grand Prix in Craft at Ciclope, where he was also named Director of the Year in 2023. His work for German DIY brand Hornbach was awarded the Film Craft Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions in 2024.
His most recent work includes a Super Bowl campaign for Squarespace, alongside work for Channel 4, Apple, Hornbach, Telstra, Cadbury, and Volkswagen, to name a select few.
