Director of Photography
Agustin Claramunt was born in Montevideo, Uruguay. He graduated from UCUDAL and holds a Master’s degree in Cinematography from the Escuela Superior de Cine y Audiovisuales de Cataluña. Since 2004, he has developed a career as a Director of Photography in films, series and commercials in different parts of the world, and has received several awards for his work. He has worked with directors such as William Eubank, Nicolas Perez Veiga, Armando Bo, Vellas, Tino, Alaska and Jaron Albertin, among others.
Claramunt shot Ringo, directed by Nicolás Pérez Veiga, which premiered in March 2023 on Hulu, Disney Plus and Star+. In 2022, he shot Land of Bad, directed by William Eubank, in Australia. The film stars Russell Crowe, Liam Hemsworth, Luke Hemsworth and Milo Ventimiglia.
