Erin Goodsell is a seasoned creative production leader with over 25 years of experience. Since 2018, she has served as Head of Production at Mother LA. Having produced and led production teams on multiple award winning integrated campaigns, Goodsell is known for strategic problem-solving in dynamic production scenarios. She's fostered collaborative environments with clients and production partners while working to create a more diverse talent pipeline. Prior to Mother, Goodsell was a sought after freelance EP/Senior producer at agencies like Wieden + Kennedy Portland, 72andSunny, and Deutsch. She was also staff EP at 180LA.
Goodsell's passion for storytelling and commitment to craft have earned her industry-wide recognition and numerous awards, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, multiple Cannes Lions, an Emmy, D&AD Black and Wood Pencils, One Show Gold Pencils and more. As a driving force in production, she continues to shape the industry's standards while inspiring the next generation of producers.
