Tina Lam is currently the Head of Production at Terri & Sandy, with previous roles at TBWA\Chiat\Day New York, Rokkan, Saatchi & Saatchi and Brooklyn Brothers, among others. With a background in fine arts and photography, she brings a sharp creative instinct to every project. Known for translating bold, out-of-the-box ideas into executable realities, Lam is a collaborative problem-solver who believes the strongest work is built on trust, craft and cross-functional partnerships.
Her work has been recognised by AICP, Cannes Lions and The One Show, among others. Her portfolio spans traditional film and fully integrated campaigns, as well as digital, AI, experiential and out-of-home work. A champion of both creativity and efficiency, Lam is driven by the challenge of making the impossible possible—while always protecting the idea at the heart of the work.
