Music Supervisor & Audio Producer, Major Tom
Chi Chi Nwakodo is a Music Supervisor and Audio Producer at Major Tom, working across advertising, film, and television to create powerful, story-driven soundtracks.
Prior to this, Chi Chi spent time in sync at Sony Music Publishing, where she was an advocate for songwriters and a champion for the craft of music creators. That foundation continues to shape her approach today—placing talent and authenticity at the heart of her work.
In 2023, she was named Best Music Publisher at the YMB Awards, recognising her commitment to championing talent in the music for advertising. She has led mentorship schemes for women and Black creators and executives in music, with a strong focus on driving equity and representation across both the music and advertising industries.
Alongside her creative work, Chi Chi delivers masterclasses on sync and music supervision, and she is a trustee of Sensoria Pro, a festival at the intersection of music and film.
She’s excited to be part of this year’s judging panel, and to help spotlight the brilliant, boundary-pushing work coming out of the industry.
