Eva Santos is a global creative director, consultant and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience shaping brands and ideas worldwide.
Recognized three times in Forbes’ list of the 100 most creative leaders in business, featured in Adweek’s Creative 100, named one of Ad Age’s Women to Watch Europe, and distinguished by the Real Academia Española for her contribution to language and creativity.She was formerly Global Chief Creative Officer at Proximity Worldwide, leading creativity across 22 countries.
She has won 250+ national and international awards and has served as jury member and president in the world’s top festivals, including Cannes Lions ( 4 times), D&AD, The One Show, CDEC, Clio Awards, El Ojo de Iberoamérica and New York Festival. She was also part of the International Board of The One Club and Meta’s European Creative Council.
Her experience spans collaborations with global brands such as Audi, FC Barcelona, P&G, Jägermeister, Skoda, Sony, Bacardi, among many others.
As an entrepreneur, Eva co-founded a creative consultancy in 2020 and today runs Santa — her own creative signature. Through Santa, she applies the expertise gained from building global brands to support seed ideas, startups and established companies, using creativity as a tool for business growth and scale.
Eva is also an international speaker, regularly invited to share her vision on creativity and innovation at global forums such as Cannes Lions, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Taiwan Creative Week and universities in Spain and Latam. Beyond speaking, she contributes articles and thought pieces to outlets such as El País, Retina and La Vanguardia. She also teaches and collaborates in academic and innovation contexts like Offlesson.
Eva, alongside other creative directors, founded #masmujerescreativas, a collaborative and independent platform born to promote visibility and equal opportunities for female creatives and help them balance their profession and personal life.
