Olly used to enjoy making little home videos on a high-8 camera.
So he got a job as a runner at production company Harry Films to find out more, and then kind of blagged his way into a job as a cameraman at Rapido TV. He ended up learning quite a lot about production there, whilst shooting segments for such high brow shows as The Girlie Show and Eurotrash.
This interest in production and bringing ideas to life led him into the world of advertising agencies, and a job at Grey London, where he learnt how to be an agency producer.
Once he'd cracked that he left for VCCP, where he’s stayed for quite a while because he loves the people and the ideas they come up with. He now runs the Film and Content department at Girl&Bear, which is where all the producers, designers, creators at VCCP live.
