Rachel is an experienced music professional with 16+ years in the Music Industry. Progressing quickly early on in her career, while at West One Music, she successfully lead their sales strategy, driving unprecedented growth and profitability.
Rachel then expanded her expertise by mentoring and managing sales teams across the UK, Germany, and France. Forging close collaborations with creative teams in the global advertising, broadcast, film, gaming, and radio industries.
Following her role as Sales Director at Musicmetric, Rachel successfully launched and ran two music publishing ventures: Hookline LTD, a boutique music publisher and sync agency, and Dynamic, a Production Music Company.
In 2015, Rachel joined the Native Music Supervision team as a Music Supervisor, establishing her reputation through involvement in high-profile collaborations with renowned brands and artists. Her contributions earned her recognition, including a well-deserved spot on PITCH FANZINE's prestigious Top 100 Superwomen list in 2019.
In 2020, Rachel assumed the position of VP, Bespoke @ BMG. In this role, she curates an exceptional talent roster (featuring the likes of Mick Jagger, Karen O, Kylie Minogue, Biig Piig, Chemical Brothers, Bat For Lashes, John Grant, The Prodigy, Shygirl and many more), fostering collaborations between brands and composers/producers. Her expertise in delivering tailor-made, bespoke musical compositions has further enhanced BMG's reputation as a premier provider of exceptional creative solutions for media clients.
