Laura, whose heritage spans from Spain, the West Indies, the Middle East is an award-winning leader in the music industry with over a decade of experience helping global brands such as BACARDÍ, Audi, Santander, P&G, stc, Royal London, Revlon, BMW and many others leverage the power of music and sound.
As the founder of Music Collective, she champions cultural integration and uplifts underrepresented artists by harnessing the power of music within branding and advertising.
She has had the privilege of serving as a judge at events like the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, D&AD, The One Show and has been a featured speaker at leading industry events including XP Futures in Riyadh and the UK Creative Festival. Laura is also the author of The Brand and the Band and co-host of CULTUR=D, a podcast created to empower and be proud of our cultural differences, teaching us to belong equally and giving us a space to talk about it comfortably.
Deeply committed to supporting aspiring creatives, she actively engages with initiatives that foster talent development. Outside of work, Laura can often be found in a football stadium, immersed in the energy of the game and cheering on Atlético de Madrid and the Spanish women’s national team.
