Cinematographer
Priya Seth is a celebrated cinematographer with almost two decades of experience in Indian films.
In 2003, she helmed her first feature as Director of Photography, the much acclaimed indie Barah Aana, and more than a decade later, did her first big budget film, Airlift, for which she received much critical acclaim. She was the DoP on the 2017 feature Chef. Seth has also notably just shot Pippa . A war film based on the 1971 Bangladesh War.
She is the leading underwater cinematographer in India for Hindi movies and commercials. Seth is also one of the co-founders of the Indian Women Cinematographers Collective, a forum of women cinematographers and allied craftswomen.
She also helps run Ellora Studios, a highly successful, 4.5 acre multi set studio where many TV shows, films and ads are shot.
