Ziga Zupancic is an award-winning cinematographer with 11 Gold awards from the New Zealand Cinematographers Society and a nomination from the British Society of Cinematographers.

His work has been recognised at leading international festivals including Ciclope and Kinsale Shark Awards. Alongside his work as a cinematographer, Ziga is passionate about giving back to the industry through mentoring emerging filmmakers, and has also been invited to judge at AICP in New York.

Originally from Slovenia, Ziga built much of his career in New Zealand, a place he still considers home, and is now based in London, shooting internationally across commercials, music videos and narrative work.
