Valerie Madon is a visionary creative leader with over two decades of experience driving impact for the world’s most iconic brands. Currently recognized as one of the few female creative leaders in the region, she has spent 20 years bridging the gap between artistic intuition and strategic business growth.

Her extensive portfolio includes work for global giants such as Procter & Gamble, Singapore Airlines, HSBC, and Changi Airport. Notably, she has served as the Global & Regional Creative Lead for Mastercard, Shell, GSK, and Ferrero. Valerie also spent a significant tenure at Meta as the Director of Creative Shop (SEA & Emerging Markets), where she specialized in elevating media effectiveness through emerging technologies and data-driven creativity.

Madon is the recipient of the prestigious D&AD White Pencil, a Cannes Grand Prix, Glass Lion and many other accolades. She has served as Jury President for D&AD and has judged nearly every major award show, including the Cannes Lions, One Show, Effies, and Spikes Asia.

Madon is deeply committed to fostering the next generation of female talent, leading initiatives such as See It Bee It at Spikes Asia and Shape My Portfolio at Adfest. Beyond her corporate achievements, she founded her own ice cream brand, Licktionary, and now a ceramics studio, Still.Xin.
