Asma Humayun is an award-winning creative leader, filmmaker and producer with nearly two decades of experience creating work that combines exceptional craft with meaningful impact. She is the Founder, Global Creative Director and Senior Producer of Shiny Toy Guns, the pioneering female-owned service production company in Pakistan's advertising industry.

Her work spans global brand campaigns and advocacy films that have shaped public conversations, influenced policy and challenged perceptions. Her accolades include Pakistan's first Cannes Lions Grand Prix for Good, a Glass Lion for Change and Gender Empowerment, and Best of Show at The One Show, alongside recognition from leading international creative awards.

Asma was ranked No. 1 Director in Asia Pacific for Creative Effectiveness in The One Club for Creativity's Global Creative Rankings and has been recognised in Campaign UK's 40 Over 40 and Campaign Asia-Pacific's Women to Watch. In 2026, she became the first Pakistani filmmaker to serve on the Cannes Lions Film Craft Jury, while also speaking at the Festival. She has since represented South Asia on the juries of numerous leading international creative and advertising awards.
