Rob van den Bragt comes with a wealth of international experience having over 25 years in various leading VFX studios such as The Mill, Cinesite, Passion Pictures, and Glassworks. While overseas, his creative expertise and burning passion for animation and VFX afforded him opportunities to work on several successful international productions in feature film, TV-series, and commercials as an animation/CGI supervisor.
van den Bragt came to South Africa in 2011 and after a few years working for several local studios, co-founded Chocolate Tribe, a high-end VFX and Animation studio based in Johannesburg and services commercial and feature film clients globally, such as Netflix, Disney and more.
As Executive Creative Director and one of the senior VFX supervisors at Chocolate Tribe, he continues to redefine local and international industry standards through the delivery of exciting, jaw-dropping, and award-winning work. Under his creative leadership, Chocolate Tribe continues to enjoy growth and attract young talent.
