Sorcha Shepherd is Managing Director of Caviar London, a role she has held since helping establish the company’s UK presence in 2012. Under her leadership, Caviar London has become one of the industry’s most respected production companies, renowned for its craft, creativity and diverse roster of directors.
A defining part of Shepherd’s career has been discovering and developing emerging filmmaking talent. Known for spotting creative potential, she works closely with directors to refine their voice, build their careers and navigate the evolving worlds of commercial filmmaking and branded storytelling.
Her commitment to championing bold new voices has helped shape Caviar London’s creative culture and contributed to recognition at leading industry awards including Cannes Lions, British Arrows, UKMVAs, shots Awards and the Young Director Award (YDA).
